Nanolayer is a service providing company that covers consulting and commercialization activities for technologies in diverse areas of nanotechnology applied to industry and trade. It is an entity that provides new technologies, processes and products to industry. Nanolayer has skills in treatment and functionalization of rigid and / or flexible materials using cutting edge technologies, namely coated materials.
This SME is envolved in a national R&D project “EtchClean – Development of low-cost organic photovoltaics” (in collaboration with Physics Department of University of Aveiro and CeNTI- Center for Nanotechnology and Smart Materials). This initiative was awarded with 1st Prize in Clean Tech, on the 6th edition of BES INOVAÇÃO. Nanolayer is also envolved since 2012 in two European projects from the FP7/SMEs program called Hotwire and THIME.
